iGuard optical finger scan / smart card system has built-in Web Server, which enables all the computers in the network to directly & simultaneously access the device via any browser, like, Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome. Works on any platform, Mac, Windows or Linux, no additional software is required. iGuard is also the first and the only security product that uses true TCP/IP as protocol to communicate with other iGuards and the outside world. They can be setup as Master/Slave network, technically, no limit on number of iGuard within a network, a big contrast to RS-485, only max. 31 units for each RS-485 controller.
