How to complete the Return Material Authorization (RMA) Request Form

 

Complete and submit form

• If you are returning a USB product, complete Sections A, B, and C.
• If no USB products, complete only Sections A and B.
• To submit, please e-mail the form to us at returns@secugen.com.

 

For USB products

• You will need to use the Device Diagnostic Tool to get the information required in Section C.
• Follow these instructions to get and use the Device Diagnostic Tool

 

 

After you receive an RMA #

You will be given instructions for how and where to send the product. Please follow it carefully to avoid delays or problems that could affect the processing of your return.

 

 

After we receive your product

We will let you know by e-mail when we have received your product and again after we have completed the return processing. If you have questions about the status of your return, contact us by email at returns@secugen.com. When writing to us, please include your RMA# in the subject line.
